Bought chicken curry and chips on Thursday evening. Didn't taste right and certainly not fresh. I ended up binning it. This was followed by 2 days of stomach cramps and then the most violent and horrid vomiting I have ever experienced in my life! I won't be back.

Ordered food for take out . Was ready in 20 mins . Food was piping hot , truly delicious gave atmosphere 5 stars but we were in and out in five mins . staff were great and service was spot on . We had the mixed starter for two . Special chow mein , special curry and the 1/4 duck . If you’re getting a Chinese meal in Whitehaven get it from oriental garden . 5 stars , A + .Shaun and Carol

Place an order a few weeks ago, Very delicious food had lovely lad on the phone taking my order he provided great service and was brilliant, also on collecting the food the staff was very approachable and friendly would definitely order again ??

We live 45 minutes away but will drive all the way here if we want a Chinese! the food is absolutely beautiful, good sized portions - enough to reheat for another meal the next day! Their beancurd meals are delicious - haven’t found many places around that have such good vegetarian options as oriental garden do. Staff have always been very pleasant & polite.Seating area to wait for orders.Would highly recommend!Vegetarian options: Best choice of vegetarian options compared to others take aways
