The food here is of excellent value, however when it was my wifes birthday and I requested them to assist me with bringing the cake through. This was not done and then the service staff were not polite and on one occassion the food was literally slammed on the table and simply walked

Went for a Christmas Eve meal with the family. Good pub food and plenty of it. Service was good but unfortunately one meal was forgotten and was eventually brought after some of us finished. They took the cost of it off the bill .
