Came for a nice lunch ordered jumbo battered sausage w chips and beans, omelette and salad and fish chips and salad. Atmosphere was wonderful, service was quick and food was amazing. Definitely coming back!Kid-friendliness: Friendly options for kids.

Been in a couple of times, 1st time was a complete disaster! Very confusing menu, a lot of things are on the menu 2 or 3 times but with different names, and things not being correct. Far too much on the menu. Ordered a full English breakfast, which, in my opinion, it wasn't. It consisted of bacon, egg, sausage, black pudding, hash brown and a potato scone? (Did have beans but I didn't have them) and no mushrooms!! It was virtually the exact same as a Scottish breakfast but had blackpudding instead of haggis. Eggs where over done and rubbery, sausages where greesy chip shop sausages spliced length ways, didn't go well at all with a breakfast. Waitress was clueless!! Ordered Scrambled eggs and tomatoes on toast for my nanna, but asked if she could swap the tomatoes for mushrooms. Waitress read the order, back and got the whole thing wrong!! Finally sorted it out after a lot of confusion on the Waitresses part! Food came pretty quick, but they just served my nanna scrambled egg on toast without the mushrooms, after all the carry on!!Have been in a couple times since, had much better service, but food isn't marvellous!

Chaotic experience.Felt like we were in the way waiting to order food. When the person in front of us received their food, they served the person behind us. Ended up waiting 10-15 to be served.Whilst waiting for our order the pie went in the microwave to heat it up, no tongues or gloves were used to pick up any food.Staff were constantly walking very closely to the take out area with boiling tea or hot plates and felt very much in the way.The food was okay but had to pay extra for a bit of tomato sauce. Wouldn't go back for the stressful atmosphere and middle of the road food.

Called in while on a bike ride had a bacon and egg butty, cooked fresh while I waited. Very tasty indeed. Saw a few full English breakfast going out while I waited all looked very nice.

Stay away shocking. Ordered 4 full breakfast. 1 Scottish breakfast. 1 with scrambled egg . So the owners son was kicking the door and screaming the place down . The food came 1 by 1 so 1 meal 5 mins apart then 1 more another 5 minutes. Then the last 2 after the kick off with the kids breakfast. 1st meal scrambled egg was saltie as hell and was a grey slab. Never seen egg like this . My egg was slimey my beans was in a hot pot . But the beans were stone cold . Cold mushrooms . The haggis was haggis. So 4 meals fit for the bin . The cheap frozen tasteless sausage and hash brown was the only items worth eating. And the brown sauce in a hp bottle was a very cheap nasty sauce not hp. So I would recommend you save your money and keep well away

Best breakfast I've had all weekend! Friendly staff and quick service. Food was perfect. We visited on a Sunday morning and the cafe was busy but not crammed. They accept card payments which is handy. Will definitely come back again.

Me and my family thought we would go here for breakfast whilst we were holidaying in Silloth. When we arrived staff were not very welcoming however we still waited for a table then after we ate and paid one member of staff decided to be extremely rude toward me even though i was still eating my breakfast making me leave the remaining and walk out! Even other customers who followed me out were shocked at the attitude of the staff member. Never experienced rudeness like it. I dont think it is a ‘family’ place. Food nice but definitely shame about the customer service!!
