Lovely food and great

No table service, the manager talks to the staff as if they don't matter, coffee is awful and overpriced the menu is very expensive for what it is. I won't be going back as there are much better cafés in Silloth than this

2 flat white coffees, 1 piece of cake, 1 bun came to £16.50. Coffee tasted like long brewed filter coffee, not coffee shop flat white coffee, drank half of it. Shame as we love Silloth.

Theme parks Are great

would be 5 stars if tables less crampedVegetarian options: just a few options check menuParking: lots of parking down promenade but paidKid-friendliness: good for kids with kids menuWheelchair accessibility: a few steps to get in and toilets are upstairs

The sausage wasn’t cooked, actually freezing and I didn’t dare tell the lady in fear she might bring me another- it was gross. The breakfast is well over priced £10.95 and it wouldn’t feed a ten year old. The place has lots of personality, it’s a shame the people who run it don’t. So rigid and not welcoming. Definitely won’t be back - I was looking forward to coming but honestly it’s left an actual bad taste in my mouth from the dirty cooking facilities it was cooked in.

We called here on an Easter weekend away celebrating a family birthday. Weather was good so we sat outside. I went in to order and was asked if the table needed cleaning and someone went straight out to do it as I placed our order. Hot drinks were perfect, beautiful scone with jam and large slice of Victoria sponge, soup was tasty and the chips were excellent. Everything brought to the table really quickly- even though it was busy. I went back in with a tip before we left and they were really surprised and grateful. We'd go back if we're in the area.

Always quality, beautiful interior and exterior. Love the food and service. Festive Baguette and chips gets my vote, location on front street.

Thank you for a brilliant breakfast. My breakfast was delicious. This was my first experience eating out on my own with my 8 week old baby. The ladies are really friendly and put me at ease. I felt really comfortable leaving the table with my pram whilst I used the toilet. Great that their is a changing table. Love the decoration of the cafe and I can't to come back!

What an absolute hidden Gem. We went in here for hot drinks only, but after absorbing the interior decor, the extremely welcoming and friendly staff, my hands were tied and we had to further indulge. BRUNCH! A hot dog and chips kids menu, a tuna and cheese, jalapeño on bloomer bread with sides and a hot chocolate deluxe, the Mrs had a scone and a tea. We were actually baffled as to why we hadn’t been before as we have been to Siloth at leat 5 times. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone who’s in the area. Licensed bar, food for all. Chilled retro atmosphere and worth it even for only a picture of the inside. First time today. Will certainly be back !!! Food was delicious. Could have sat there all day.

Went after being told it was very good and recommended by a friend: My wife and I decided to treat ourselves to a breakfast whilst in Silloth for the morning. We had eggs Benedict and all day breakfast. All very poor and disappointing - Buns char burnt and inedible & covered in unappetising sauce which was cold. The all day Cumberland B/fast was expensive, stingy and poorly cooked & served on a tiny rectangular plate. One overdone fried egg (I asked for scrambled eggs), a thimble of B/beans, half a tomato, a few tinned mushrooms, 1x bit of toast, a 5mm slice of Black pudding, an anaemic small Cumberland sausage and a rasher of bacon and a weak tasteless filter coffee. All for £24.00+ - Waitress couldn't wait to get away after putting food down and never returned, (probably embarrassed by what she had served). I have since learned that it has recently changed hands. Couldn't wait to leave and won't be going back. I have never written a poor review like this.

Absolute rip off! Flat white… my ar**! Obviously not barista trained or they would know how it’s supposed to be made. Carrot cake bought from Costco for £11 ( I4 slices) selling for £4.50 a slice!!! Scone was served warm, I wasn’t given the option and the jam and cream barely covered one half of the scone. Vastly overpriced for poor quality. And the waitress started removing plates whilst I was still drinking my coffee despite us only being there for 10 minutes! First and last time…

Food is fresh and tasted amazing. I highly recommend the bacon and brie pannini if you see it on the specials board. Nothing is too much trouble, staff are awesome, specifically a young lady named Macey; she really looked after us, and our dog. They have bowls of water and even treats for them. Seriously, if you're in Silloth you need to eat here

Good food well served with friendly staff and nice homely decor inside. Seating outside too, nice in this current hot spell!
