Me and my dad stayed in Allonby for 4 nights this week and decided to get a takeaway from here, their place is about 20 minutes from where we were staying and they still delivered to us. The food arrived at the time they said it would and they were honestly the best curries we have ever had, and this is coming from people that eat Indian curries every week from various Indian takeaways. Absolutely sensational! Top quality, fresh, good portions and just exquisite in flavour, could not recommend enough!!

First visit here and would go back. Decent menu, fair prices. Main plus rice, shared veggies and a beer was about £27 a head. It’s basic inside but good made up for that.

We thought it one of the best Indian meals we have had. We will definitely be going again.

Better than expected, the sundries (popadom, chutney, naan, soft drinks) are all a bit on the pricey side

Got takeaway, had popadums and pickles which were just ok, then I had Korma which was tasteless, and sauce was like water, my friend got Dansak and it was so hot (spicy) that she couldn’t eat it, really disappointed, in these times of austerity the least one can expect is a decent standard of the food…..won’t be rushing back, it was very expensive and very bad…..really dissatisfied with our meal…..

Good size portions packed with flavour, lovely service from the staff, 4 stars only due to the sauce being cooked from frozen as water gathered on the edges of the plate that had to be soaked up with kitchen paper, apart from that a really nice meal thank you.

The chef is brilliant. If you're in the area and looking for good Indian food in a relaxed setting then look no further.

Such a cute find this one. The waiter was the sweetest guy I've met and we were served with delicious food. Amazing service and would recommend 10/10

Generally very good, they do a big takeaway business but it doesn't get in the way too much. Staff are a bit scruffy but we're friendly and efficient enough. Food was very good. I will definitely go back.
Amazing, tasty food! Had takeout twice and really enjoyed - Thank-you and definitely a must try!

Probably the best curry I have ever had here. I had the Afgani which was like a Jalfrezi but even nicer. 5 stars!
