I’m yet to find a better Chinese takeaway…This has been my go-to Chinese takeaway for over 7 years now, my usual dish is salt and pepper chicken (either with noodles, egg fried rice or chips)The salt and pepper chicken here is, in my opinion, the nicest salt and pepper chicken possible, it literally couldn’t be any better for me.I have tried hundreds of Chinese takeaways all over the UK and I haven’t had salt and pepper chicken that even comes close to Great Wall’s.This takeaway is the stereotypical “not much to look at but they have amazing food”There’s no lights on the sign outside so at night you may miss it, parking is usually easy right outside the door and service is usually quick, especially if you collect.The chips are also lovely from here, they’re proper chip shop chips and they give you good portions.I hope Great Wall carries on the way they are and don’t change anything because “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!”

ordered a delivery to the hotel that we were staying in as they don't offer food at the moment. Arrived on time, piping hot and the best chicken in green pepper and black bean I have tasted in a long time. Free prawn crackers too!

Definitely my favourite place for Chinese food at the moment. Can't comment on delivery service as I call and pick it up myself as I live quite close. The £5 boxes are good value for money. I'll keep going til I get a bad one as we all do! Hopefully the standards they have set will be kept and I'll keep returning
