Be careful! Ordered on foodhub once when it said here they were open, aswell as foodhub said they were open. 15 mins later waiting for confirmation, got declined. Turns out they were shut the entire time but promoting otherwise. This was 2 days ago now. Checked with foodhub today and here again, they again said, they are shut but at the moment of typing this, it says otherwise online. They clearly cannot promote their opening and closing times properly so payment goes back and forth so you end up waiting to get your money back. Honestly need to consider keeping up to date with something as simple as this before you put yourself online. You weren't so bad before.

I am a regular customer of New Kassini ordered tonight and paid I've just had a text informing me that New Kassini had cancelled my order I've tried ringing them twice but no reply this I find unacceptable so I'll go elsewhere in future very poor

Normally I would have gone somewhere else as I thought this place had dissolved years ago after finding it on a whim and not being not too impresed at the time (10 years + ago) Honestly though, I never thought I would be able to eat a Chicken and Doner wrap the size of my forearm...but I gave it a good go, and that was after having cheesy chips. I only got ⅓ of the way through it, the rest is lunch. The quality of the food I though was great, the doner meat was nice and rich with a good peppery flavour to it, which is what I like from the product, although I couldn't really tell whether lamb meat was primarily used for the rotisserie. I did think there was maybe a little too much sauce in the wrap as it made it quite soggy, but who doesn't like getting their fingers messy while munching on a wrap?? The guy who appeared to be in charge was great, explaining that they were changing up the prices and menu as there was nothing on display in the shop, apart from an old takeaway menu. And his customer service skills...bob on!Still need to give the pizzas a go before I give a real overall score, but right now, I do recommend you try the place. ??

The driver told me that they knocked. They did not, I was angrily told that the food was outside. It was on top of my neighbours car cold, and also incomplete. I have been told that i am a liar and to never order here again. I will not, and I urge you not to as well.

The shop is a wonderful small buisness with limited staff, and I know from personal experience that they do sincerely try their best to cook great food at affordable prices. And they always give big portions and care for the customers feedback and loyalty!Recent times ( Corona ) has strained the buisness staff wise.The owner spends every day 12pm to 12pm in the shop preparing everything before each evening just to assure people still get the best possible service from the food and shop.There is just a struggle to fill the staff gaps!But rememberThe food is great when there is enough staff to cater to the demand in orders.I urge everyone to try this place at least once.Weekdays are a good day for better quality as you will avoid the weekend rush.The main thing to keep in mind with this shop, is its popularity in Maryport. ( making some deliveries longer due to the travel distance and shortage of drivers ) as the buisness is only limited to one driver a day, with weekends running two due to the quiet nature of the shop.Sometimes the shop can get backed up by a flurry of orders all at once and then it's a rush to get them cooked and out on time with the intended top qualityAs they can being going in all kinds of directions.And outs a couple deliveries on hold due to this fact!However; always bare patience in mind, and empathise with the other customers who may also be waiting.Kassini is now almost back to full staff capacity and the staff are great! Ordered food from here they delivered food to wrong address I had paid by card owner is shouting abuse into he background of the call and refuse to refund for their delivery drivers mistake, so basically I paid for someone elses food, recieved no refund! Awful customer service!
