Management was completely disrespectful towards their staff and myself, can’t fault the two young lads bent over backwards to help. Wouldn’t even bother going in if I saw the management through the window as their behaviour towards their staff and customers is

Ordered online. Didn’t receive crisps which I ordered. Used the wrong bread on both sandwiches. Gave me the same salad on both sandwiches which was incorrect. All the “hot” sides were freezing. Only good thing was the nice delivery driver.

Two great little Subways, both in Workington.Staff always pleasant and helpful, food always tasty and fresh. Recommended.Vegetarian options: More than enough to satisfy Vegetarian tastes.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space for kids and Parents.Parking: Directly outside a few steps and You're there.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors plenty wife enough with room to manoeuvre.Dietary restrictions: Clear signage for those with dietary requirements, staff trained to help and advise.

This is the worst Sub Way i have ever been in. Nothing was available. The staff just did not listen. The bread was stale. The over all experience was a nightmare. DONT GO HERE if you want a good sub.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options are really poor,the plant base patty taste horrible even my dog turned its nose up.Parking: High street was full & busy no where to park.

Got my order wrong forgot my granddaughters nachos in the grill when we got them they were all burnt and cheese was like plastic she's only 3 she could have chocked on it. Service as bad and there were 5 of us and they got all the order wrong

Don't use if in a hurry or you want what you actually order.Pre ordered via the app around 2.30pm for pick up 30mins later. Went to collect order no one at counter, quiet in store. After approx 5 mins someone came out. Order had not been made. They did not have the bread I ordered - only had brown bread left. I asked for a refund and they didn't know how to process a refund so I had to take the closest they could make to my order.I deliberately ordered in advance as I was in a rush and had two children with me- what a waste of time. Really not happy with the service.
