Good section of food for lunch lovely pizza good choice of beers and coffees and it's not over priced we like to go when in town I would rather go hear then spoons for a beer with my lunch.
Nice place to eat lunch or an evening meal in the middle of Workington. The food is decent and the portion sizes are good value for money. We visited for lunch and walked in as we didn't realise we had to wait to be seated. That's a bit too formal for an eatery in Workington really. The tables were clean, which was good but maybe just improve first impressions as we felt we were told off for just walking in. We aren't at school anymore. Plus the New York bagel was a bit too cheesy....read full review

The best in the west and beyond!! I had the king-size protein bowl with Cajun chicken and prawn, lots of sweet potato and kale and loaded with hot sauce - after a week at the Muay Thai (The Yard!) and strength work, this is the absolute end-game if you’re looking for consistent nutrition and a good relaxing time int’town!
