Ordered a delivery via online and when the driver bought the order a chicken royale was missing!Contact via phone call was made to Burger King Alfreton for the staff member to point blank state “well I don’t know what happened to the burger because I packed the order”! Absolute disgusting service! Well clearly you need to be checking who your drivers are and we’re customers PAID FOR items are going in between leaving the fast food place to the address on the order

Worst customer service ever waited around 20 minutes to be served when there was no one waiting then another 20 waiting in the food. Staff where completely horrible also

Stopped here for refreshment on long work journey. Greggs fine, no complaints but the ladies and gents toilets were filthy, no toilet tissue in any cubicles. Toilet seats minging. Disgraceful

Great place to eat in the school holidays . kids enjoyed . clean and tidy loved the king hats.
Friendly staff the place is clean and past it best could be a great place to sit out side if the garden was tied and clidrens play area out side too

Food and service good. Toilets disgusting, only two ladies toilets that weren't out of use, both toilet seats covered in pee. Went to disabled toilet out of desperation and that seat was covered in poo

Very clean and quick service from friendly staff, with a fresh hot burger served. Not been in a BK for a number of years but if this is how they are now then they have changed. . . A lot!
Only let down is the appearance of the gents toilet which are in need of some sort of makeover

A weird and hard to find place, but this means it's fairly quiet 😊. As it's part of a service area, there is also an outdoor seating area and free parking.
