The staff were great ? he went out of his way to be helpful and was very happy to help he is a credit to Burger King A++ and the burgers were great as well

What can I say other than Alfreton BK is one of the worst I've been too and they can't say they were busy as we were the only people in there the food came out all greasy and as if it had been sat there ages too took one back to complain they did replace the other was bearable the chips were just warm only good thing was the Fizzy pop I definitely won't be going there again shame on them

Rather boring. Wouldn't take my order at the counter Instructed to use the auto machine. O atmosphere. In fact it looked rather run down.

Oh dear. Used to be a very tired Little Chef but the atmosphere was a lot better. Rather souless interior and a closed Greg's next to it as well. Could be an awful lot better than it is.

If I could give no stars I would. Can in last Wednesday 5/07 and ended up with food poisoning. Tested by the Gp and confirmed. ?

Poor service Stood at counter for ages then girl serving told us she can't do orders at the counter She was to busy serving JustEat deliveries. Seems customer service is non existent here AVOID

Terrible order boards and only 3 staff to make the place run... Didn't get a chance to say that I didn't want to q or order AI food wanted counter service and got a queue wasn't a great experience for me to be honest
Place needs a good clean, floor very dirty with stale food on the floor, dryer in ladies toilets doesn't work or very clean, only one member of staff on duty. Too much space inside the restaurant needs to updated and painted to invite people to the restaurant.

Absolutely in love with the food here .. the bacon double XL is my favorite . And the bacon and cheese loaded chip if u haven't tryed them I highly recommend them

We didn't communicate much with staff as we were directed to the touchscreen order station. That's not saying they weren't friendly but we didn't have much interaction so can't give 5 stars.The environment was dirty with tables needing cleaning however the food was lovely and good standard.

Called in for a comfort break the venue grim at best both lady’s and gents toilets are a total disgrace that’s all we can say the place needs and total clean outside and inside plus a nice coat of paint .
