In January 2023 I bought what I believed to be a insulated reusable cup from this branch, I discovered it wasn't actually insulated and wouldn't keep a drink hot for any more than an hour which really disappointed me.\\nBecause I don't live local, today was the soonest I could return to this store to see about a refund / exchange.\\nThe staff were lovely, explained that the plastic lined reusable cups are not insulated and kindly gave me a replacement.\\nGreat customer service\\nThank you

Selves well stock. Staff clean,tidy,friendly,helpful and well organised. Lattes extra hot like we asked for. Bacon bap and toast cooked perfect. Will calling again.

Always busy, and quite often out of stock of the flavours we like. Expect a good 15mins queue or more. Coffee as per the other Costa outlets though, which is always good. Just wish there was a way of knowing what is in stock before queuing for so long.

Ordered a chocolate biscoff cake, Strood waffles, a reg latte and reg gingerbread latte and a baby hot chocolate.\\n\\nMember of staff asked if we would like the temp of the baby hot choc cooled.\\n\\nAtmosphere was very busy and cramped, layout is very restrictive in regards to comfortability, less space and comfort overall.

The most horrible coffee we ever tried. We usually go to Costa and it’s very good, but at this place it tastes very strange and disgusting. Not like costa at all.

Lovely place to have a cold mixed summer Berry fruit Cooler , at Mansfield designer village,Can't say our little puppy was very pleased to have sit still lol .
Don't visit Costa coffee very often as I find the furniture always dirty and never clear tables enough. Alfreton Costa coffees windows haven't been cleaned in years , doesn't inspire me to even enter.

Nice, medium sized Costa which is attached to the Odeon Derby cinema. You can either enter from the outside or from inside the Odeon. This is a standard Costa - good selection of drinks and food. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. The lemonade drink was nice
