“Don't really understand the negative reviews to be honest. I've ordered from here several times and had deliveries (I'm around 3 miles away), collections and just popped in the shop on spec. Prices are reasonable and food is decent. They've always made me aware if there will be a bit of a wait. It's a greasy spoon so your not going to get michelin quality, but for a takeaway breakfast or lunchtime sandwich it's absolutely fine in my opinion. I think there's only once I've been mildly disappointed but even then it wasn't that bad. Not sure if I've just been lucky or if other reviewers have inflated expectations. I know they've previously had issues finding counter staff and drivers but that's an industry thing as a whole at the moment.”
