There was redspot in the mc egg muffin , when we approached them they were saying its very common in egg muffins and they were rude to us , no proper behavior, worst seriously ever. Never expected this from Mc donalds.22nd December 8

food wasn’t to the usual quality I’ve experienced in various McDonald’s, bought a quarter pounder meal for £6.49, initially wasnt given fries which ended up entirely stale, and the burger itself was also rather stale which made it rather unappetising and I couldn’t eat a quarter of it. Only thing good with my meal was the drink, so I basically paid £6.50 to drink coke and feel sick because of the foodParking: service station

Only McDonald's I've been turned away from because "We're not doing food at the moment" ! It's not like 12:30pm is a quiet time to shut down, so who knows what was going on!

Visited on a working day, and it wasn't extremely busy. Pleased to see there was a lot of seating space available, lots of tables across 3 different areas, spread out throughout the service station. We ordered from our phone and selected the table service option as there was a fairly decent queue. The food arrived within 5 minutes. I'd say the fries didn't look as large of a portion as in other McD branches. Tasted as per usual, we ordered the McPlant with milkshake and overall pleased with the dining experience here as food service was speedy and table availability was good. However they need to improve the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of all the tables.Vegetarian options: McPlant available on the menu, alongside Veggie Deluxe, but no double McPlant. The usual selections as with all other McD branches in England.Parking: Plenty of spots, we visited between 6pm and 7pm on a working day, it was easy to find parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessible entrance into the service station to McDonald's.

Absolutely awful & rude staff, giving out wrong orders & claiming we hadn’t paid for food because the machines wouldn’t print a receipt so made us pay twice, food was covered in grease when we left and order wasn’t even correct.
