Great stop if you have a dog that needs a walk and you’re on a journey. Simply park up and head to Saw Pit Lane, which runs behind the Days Inn. You’re suddenly transported to an excellent route which is part of the Five Pits Trail. It’s brilliant.

Good one to stop at travelling up north. Only issue when entering service centre is having to walk around he glass walkway McDonald's to allow customers to be served without customers walking into them. As normal, other food retailers in store, and costa coffee.Clean and friendly and still had camera for two hour parking restrictions.

In Costa Coffee. Surprisingly, good espresso. Did ask whether dogs are allowed, so she is happily under the table. England was once a nation of dog lovers. Not any more, it seems.

Toilets were lovely and clean and even had a spray of fresh flowers on the wall as I walked in. Then there was maccy D, I thought it was going to be a long wait as there were tonnes of people waiting but less than 5 minutes we had our meals, well done to the staff there. The car Park was a touch iffy but that was due to other drivers so not going to omit a star for that one. All in all a great experience and if I didn’t have to pay for parking after two hours I would have stopped there for the week instead as it has everything you could possibly need.

Tibshelf is a lovely quiet place to stop when on the M1. Everytime I have dropped in, the staff in Costa (Jess & Laura) are particulary friendly and helpful. Always listening to the customer and never too pushy with sales. Great Chai latte's too and always served with a smile?

Always a pleasure to get a coffee at this drive through, Abi and Dani always have a lovely smile and a genuine how are you. I visit a few in my job but this is the best in UK in my opinion. Love it. I would also mention the other team members at this location who are also amazing

We were visiting on the way back from our annual family holiday in Azerbaijan and let me just say what an amazing coffee we had! The staff were amazing especially Alex and Beth who went the extra mile for me and my family to make sure we had the best coffee possible! Will 100% be returning on the way back from Azerbaijan next year, and maybe we will stop in on the way there also!

The Costa drive-thru is always a great choice for a quick caffeine fix. The latte I ordered was smooth and creamy, with the perfect balance of espresso and steamed milk. It was the perfect pick-me-up for a busy day! The friendly service I received from Beth and Alex at the Costa drive-thru made my experience even more enjoyable. They were both incredibly welcoming and efficient, making sure my order was perfect before sending me on my way. They definitely made my day brighter the perfect start to a Monday morning!

Not very often that you are impressed by a motorway services but i thought that they had made an effort with the exterior landscaping. The Costa coffee shop had really nice new decor with views of the flower beds, and the tables were clean and weren't too close together, so it was a very pleasant experience.
