Absolute gem of a bar and restaurant, the best for a few miles around. Great service, really friendly staff, spotlessly clean, wonderful food. Not a large pub so probably best to book. Don't hesitate !

Omg me and my husband has just been and had a Sunday dinner, it was amazing just like my mum used to make, and the service was excellent Julie and the rest of the staff couldn't do enough for you, would recommend the pub as excellent, really enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back .

We had a lovely meal here today and were made to feel extremely welcome by all the staff! The food was clearly fresh, home made and very tasty. We would definitely recommend and will be coming back! Our clear plates speak for themselves.
People are lovely and very friendly and food is beautiful think we will be back next week ?

Came here as was staying in a local campsite the manager Julie gave amazing service from the very beginning the food was great it's dog friendly and they clearly care a lot about the products and experience they are providing. A great place that's definitely worth the visit even if it's a bit of a way. You won't regret it :)

We haven't been to the Hilcot Arms since lock down and walked in one day last week . Everyone was just so welcoming, from landlord and landlady and bar lady and also the customers made us welcome. We will be back and we will be going for something to eat as well . So Happy New Year and all the best to everyone at the Hilcot Arms xxx Dotty

Me and my partner come for a Sunday dinner and was not disappointed! Absolutely lovely food and beer with extremely welcoming and accommodating staff - will definitely be recommending to other people, 10/10! :)

The wobbly wander and (borrowed) dog were passing by after a walk round and being parched we called in.The Hilcote Arms is a very nice quiet pub in the heart of Hilcote.It has been modernised to a high standard.Wobbly one settled for a John Smith's while the dog settled for the pubs finest tap water.We were made to feel at home with a warm welcome from Julie & Carl behind the bar and the two owners.The pub is dog friendly the bar staff are very willing to make sure that the dog gets a few treats.The pub has a wide range of Beer Lager's spirits and wine on offer.They also serve meals... although this wobbly hasn't tried one the menu seems ok.Well done to all.
