“After a day at Alton Towers we ended up stopping here for a quick takeaway. The guy who served us was really welcoming and friendly.

Ordered a kebab with chips and the meal was delicious! Lots of food and it was made with really high quality ingredients too. Good value for money and the next time I'm in the area I wouldn't hesitate to go back and order again.”

“Come from the sixth form down the road. It's reasonably priced and the food is really good- filling and worth the price. Friendly staff too. There is some seating outside if you so wish, but I've found walking a little down the road to the park is more peaceful to sit and munch away. So yeah, 5 stars from me!-a broke student who keeps forgetting their lunch”

“I have recently moved to the area and have now used Golden Hill for takeaway several times. The food is always ready for me to collect within 10/15 minutes of phoning up to order which is fantastic, usually Chinese takeaways you have to wait hours but not here! When I first moved here I popped in to ask about what options on their menu were suitable for vegans and they were incredible helpful in explaining the choices. I have also never been to a takeaway which such friendly staff! I’ve been served by a couple of different people and they are always so friendly. The lady who has served me the most is so smiley and lovely! Really great food too and good portion sizes. Very lucky to have such an excellent Chinese takeaway on my doorstep!”
