Milkshakes were alright, just went in for a treat that ended up taking 20 minutes. The two members of staff had no urgency to serve people and were also very rude and lacked skill in customer service.

Sweet shops like this can be found in most tourist towns but this one is a little bit more quirky and the staff are lovely .....But the best bit is the milkshakes my kids love them and so do I ...Well worth the visit

It’s been a year since my last visit at this sweet shop, last year I passed off the shop assistants behaviour to having a bad day but clearly not because on my return her stinking attitude was the same. Also on another note minimum £5 card limit I feel is a little high. How can as happy as a kid in a candy shop result to me leaving having the opposite affect.

Nice small sweet shop close to the centre of Ashbourne. They had a range of sweets and milkshakes. The prices were not too bad and they had a lot of premixed sweets from different decades. The staff were friendly and the service was good. A good place to go for a gift.

Really friendly lady who served us took my 5 grandchildren here explained that one of them had a nut allergy and she was so helpful some really old fashioned sweets.
Absolutely THE best milkshakes in the land. Made with chocolate, cake or sweets of your choice (Malteser or bake well tart ?) it is not to be missed!

Good selection of sweets. Lots of choice with plenty of names that I remember from years gone by. Found my favourite liquorice torpedos which tasted great. One thing for sure is the price is not like times of old - I purchased 3 small bags of sweets for just under £6. Difficult to compare the taste to back in the day so I could only say that they seem close in my opinion. Nice to reminisce a little looking at the jars.
