This company must have some great marketing, because by any metric it's distinctly average. The coffee comes across tasty from being ludicrously strong, all the cakes are bought in bulk and nothing special. I wouldn't mind if this factory approach meant it was cheaper, but it isn't. There are lots of better choices in Belper, with friendlier staff and more for your money with locally sourced food.

Costa Bakewell is wonderful, not too noisy. Staff are changing & some need better training to steam milk longer as there's nothing worse than lukewarm milk which isn't good for digestion. Good space between tables for moving with shopping etc
