Takeaway...... ordered at 1800 for 1945 pick up, they cook it at their convenience and store it out front in bags. We both found the meal disgusting and greasy having sat around. Won't be going back.

So disappointing, used to be good but not now. £85 for 4, they forgot some items and we had to go and pick them up! No freebies despite spending this much. Pad Thai was literally noodles with a teaspoon of chicken and a teaspoon of red pepper, completely bland. We won’t be using in future.

Order correct but forgot to put one dish in the bag so when home one short. Rang and told them and informed that as I had not had dish this time and paid for it then I could have free next time !!!? So not free just delayed. When I pointed out they said manager would speak to me in two hours but if they delivered tonight would be hour and half and they would not refund me !!!! What !!! Disgrace to be honest never had such terrible customer service ! Not staff issue management need to employ more and realise when they make an error them the responsibility lies with them ! Needless to say the manager never did call and I am still owed the dish ! So disappointing.

Corrected them multiple times whilest ordering because the employee kept saying the wrong dish. Asked her to read it back to me and had to correct her AGAIN. Shockingly... We received the wrong order. Called them back and the lady on the phone said we wasn't clear enough and there's nothing she could do. Not even an apology. In fact, we got blamed for ordering the wrong item. Eventually agreed to send the correct order but we would not be a priority and we'll be waiting over an hour. Shocking customer service. Won't be returning.
