This used to be my favourite takeaway - friendly staff, good value for money food, and timely delivery... but things have gone downhill since, and while I don't expect a gourmet experience, one thing that I can't forgive is that they'll constantly text you promotional offers - even if you explicitly opt-out when ordering. This is a blatant disregard for GDPR.EDIT: Even after manually opting-out on their website from marketing communications, they still spam me daily.

Im from Holland and went for work in Chesterfield and stayed at a hotel close by, went to PizzA-Myheart aka Chunky bites, and their food and service is amazing i wish i could give it 10 stars instead of 5.. good job!

STAY AWAY!!!!To start with the driver had no change for our cash order, so we was short changed.We then get to opening the food and realise the wrong thing has been sent out. They sent chips with grated cheese instead of cheese sauce. Minor issue but when it’s the main reason you order from them instead of somewhere else it’s a bit of a joke.The food quality is shocking. Donner meat is rock hard and chewy, chips are oven cooked frozen chips which are overpriced and vile. The cheese is like plastic.Not worth the money at all.To top it off, could not get through to anyone on the phone to complain.£16 down drain

Ordered on just eat and within 5 minutes I got a phone call for a emergency witch meant I had to rush out so tried ringing restaurant but number don’t even work ? tried and tried 156 times to exact!! So I couldn’t attend the emergency as quick as I should of done.. food came and driver did not speak a word of English don’t get me wrong I have no issue with people coming here to work and live I think it brilliant but at least learn the language. So we decided to eat quick and get out asap but we was out the house in a flash food was stone cold and as dry as a bone so in the bin it went.. absolutely disgusting food extremely bad customer service what restaurant don’t have a vaild phone number AVOID AT ALL COST!

honestly the 1 star is being generous and that’s only because i have to give a star for a review. in short order elsewhere it’ll be better. Where do i start?Broken website, they’re aware of it. Rather than assist or give any warning about it being broken they will still take your money. Had to wait 2 hours to only call to be told that.Guy on a phone was very patronising, rude and gave very lazy responses, none to which found a solution to any issues being raised. He then had the audacity to ask us for a cash payment for delivery instead and that he will “sort” out bank tomorrow. Although he had acknowledged payment had gone through with confirmation email and could see it had gone through. Seems dodgy and is probably in breach of some financial policy’s.In the end, ended up with no food and down £30. No refund or any assistance has been offered since. Might as well rename themselves to Karen Bites with that horrible service.

Only been in once but will be visiting again soon . Excellent Fish and chips and in my opinion very fairly priced considering everything is going up in price. Super friendly guy behind counter ....Made me feel really comfortable!?

Disgusting customer service on every level !Ordered off the the website took our money … no food !No apology, had to ring up after 2 hours to be told they hadn’t received money yet the money had been taken out of the bank & we had a confirmation email !Rather patronising man on the other end of the phone not helpful …. Just wanted us to pay for the order again cash on delivery & he would sort bank payment out tomorrow ?After many many years of ordering & enjoying this food …NO we will never touch this place again … you are a joke !

Food never arrived after they confirmed the online order and taken payment still trying to arrange a refund 3 days later won't be ordering again from these poor service would give 0 stars if that was an option

I ordered 2 pizzas, one margarita and one doner special at 12:30, they then rang and said they had no donor meat so we asked for chicken tikka instead. The delivery arrived at 3am! 2 and a half hours after ringing the shop and getting no answer even though we was told it was in the hour. We received a pepperoni, margarita and a sloppy onion pizza, all 10” and cold! Not what we ordered at all. The driver then put us on the phone to the owner and I explained the situation and got told to “f off” and when we asked for a refund to “get fcked” Will not be returning here I do not recommend at all.
