“I'm really sorry to say this but it's not the Cafe Nero it once was. The staff barely know how to make a decent cup of coffee, let alone anything else!Now that the staff have to deal with "Deliveroo" and other online orders, they're getting distracted and can't give the service to their in-store customers as would would want or expect.Personally, I have chosen to avoid going here now, and I'm just waiting to see what the new coffee shop opening in what was 'Pizza Pie' will be like. Hopefully it can't be any worse ?Needless to say, I would avoid Nero if you're looking for a decent cup of coffee! Very disappointed ?”
