On the last 3 occasions at the drive threw, I have received incorrect orders. The staff are very polite and kind but seem to be overworked and make mistakes.

Twice I have been charged for items which I didn't receive 1st visit paid on app the charged as they said it had been declined however still came out of bank twice 2nd visit charged on app and unable to collect as the site was coned off no access don't think I will visit again . Virtuall response on app is

Just wanted to post after today's service through drive through around 4pm, the lad taking the order over the speaker, was so clear, respectable and a joy to have whilst placing the order, as we moved round to the next stage where you pay it was also the same guy, he is a credit to McDonald's and himself well done and thanks for great service.
