Busy and due to a software problem, which caused a slight delay. However was treated with dignity and by a very polite chap by the name of Josh, very helpful and wa very honest about the issue's. Always find the staff here very professional and despite how rude some patrons can very, always hadle in ona relaxed manner. Food always well prepared and decent portions.

Nandos has been one of my favourite places to eat over the years.When they began delivery, I thought this was amazing.The delivery/pickup service over the years has been so hit and miss that it got to the point if I don’t want to eat in the restaurant, I’d order a pick up to ensure nothing was missing.Even then, I’d often catch something amiss and they would have to quickly cook it and then offered some free desert or drink for me having to wait.Recently I’ve been unwell, so decided let’s give the delivery a new chance as we haven’t had Nandos for some time.As usual, items missing and one of the chicken breast missing a sizeable chunk.If only this was the end, as I called the customer services number to report poor quality of the order and missing items.I was told this was to be escalated and to expect an email and asking we send pictures.I’d rather have just simply has a refund for the missing item and feedback to the restaurant about the quality, but was told that we have to email them the pics once they have emailed us to proceed.Lo and behold, no email the following day resulting in another call to customer services where they confirm it’s been escalated and to expect an email from them in the next 24 to 48 hours where we will have to email the pictures.I requested they place a note on the case: This is terrible service on top of terrible service.I suspect the poor service is due to what appears to be a high turn over of staff and hiring inexperienced service staff.This was the final straw for Nandos, after years of patronage, we are done.

Arrived early afternoon today on a Tuesday so not very busy. However, all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful even as a single diner.The quality of food was excellent and arrived in a very reasonable time.Lovely atmosphere with comfortable lighting and the music was relaxing but not too loud that you’d couldn’t have a conversation in a group.I’d definitely consider coming here again and perhaps with a group. Thanks!Dietary restrictions: Asked about any allergies throughout.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of access.

Was okay as far as most Nandos go nowadays. Staff seemed under pressure and looked like they were taking care of online delivery orders as opposed to actual in-house diner's. Our food was cold, but that may have been because it was ready for around 15 minutes before someone got a chance to bring it to our table.

Me and my mum came on a Saturday about 6:30pm and we hadn’t even thought to book but obviously … it’s a weekend! It was super busy but they said they were happy to take our names and book us in for in about half an hour if we were happy to wait- so we did and it was absolutely worth it. The weiter was super helpful, talked us through the menu and how to order and gave us some recommendations of vegetarian options (my mums a veggie). I don’t like spice as he recommended to definitely go for the lemon&herb sauce and when the food came out… the wait wasn’t too long and the chicken was absolutely spot on. So fresh! Everything was spot on and we’ll definitely be back!

Nice girl greeted us and although we had to wait for a table for about 10 minutes she kept us informed. The food was good and the option to order at the table or the till is fab.Outside is a huge free
