Within the context of typical takeaway 'kebab shop style' pizza, absolutely brilliant! Food was ready within 20 minutes of ordering, hot, freshly made, and good sized portions.I suspect the majority of negative reviews are related to long delivery times etc, many of which are likely outside of the control of Pizza House itself.

Bought £3 worth of potatoe wedges and there is literally 12 in the small burger box complete joke even when I called about it they just gave the brush off don't order wedges not worth the money!

Been a regular customer of Pizza house for probably 15 years now.Service is always great and the staff are very friendly.The pizzas are one of my favourite and I really don't think anywhere else in chesterfield do them like Pizza House does.Would recommend to anyone.Also they have a website incase you don't want to call.

ordered through website , they took my payment then cancelled the order because im out of range , why take the payment then and why let me order ...AFTER id put my postcode and address in , then got an email to say a company called datman will be issuing refund in 3 - 5 days , that was 20 days ago and nothing , they not responding to emails and to ring would be an intyernational call , still waiting for reply to several emails ..total idiots ,,,i will get my 20 odd quids worth out of them one way or another
Ordered here a lot never really had any complaints with them until tonight I ordered my food and delivery was quick. We had ordered cheese sauce with our food as usual started eating it and it had a really odd taste that I can only describe as a sour fishy taste I then noticed it didn’t smell right either my dog also turned his nose up at it which was completely out of character for him as he loves it so I knew it didn’t taste right, I rang up to complain about it and explained to the phone call taker what was the issue to then be told wait a second which was fine I could here them back and forth with another staff member she then came back and said they had tried it themselves and it was fine I argued it was not she then passed the phone to someone else and said you deal with it I can’t, a man then came on and proceeded to argue with me about how wrong I was at this point I was not willing to be polite anymore as the way I was being dealt with was appalling from both members of staff that I was speaking with, I kept getting shouted over, told I was wrong, they aren’t doing anything, it took me long enough to actually get them to either bring me freshly made or a refund as I wasn’t paying the price for it to be sour and to be completely honest uneatable, then when I tried the pizza I had ordered that was the same a tangy odd taste it ended up all going in the bin was a waste of money, I won’t be ordering again and recommend you don’t waste your money either, poor customer service, poor quality of food too.

Best service, best food. Nothing beats it. Friendly staff, the BBQ chicken is absolutely spot on. Great for prices too, always comes pipping hot and absolutely Bob OK with taste. Won't go anywhere else in Chesterfield
