Standard premier inn rooms, comfortable bed, unfortunately there was no comfortable chair so difficult to relax if you don’t want to lie on the bed. Bad points apart from the lack of a comfortable chair was that there’s no lift and as usual the heating doesn’t work, good that they’d put a radiator in the room. Very polite and welcoming receptionist and the breakfast is always very very nice.

we had a wonderful stay for a 22nd birthday they put us in a beautiful room with an even better view. they also left a card and some drinks as well for the birthday. all the staff were so accommodating and friendly. the location was perfect not too far from most places we went to and a bus that stops right outside the hotel.

1 night stay as local to a 70th birthday party. Adequate room, would prefer a king-size bed. Room was too hot despite turning the heating off.Food & drinks: Enjoyed a lunchtime meal, great deal to be had.

I've stayed at this hotel 5 times now. And the place is always spotless and exceptional service from staff.Brilliant location and always a brillant sleep. My only criticism is the price over £100 a night. Compared to other Premier inns there between £40-70 a night. But still wouldn't stop me coming back for the brillant service and stay. And the Beefeater next door is amazing too. Food is delicious and always fresh.Rooms: Big Size, Clean, Fresh, Comfy, and always a brillant sleep. And not forgetting Aircon is blissfulFood & drinks: Brilliant food and drink. Always fresh and tasty.

The room was clean, the bathroom had a bath with a shower over the bath. The Inn was well positioned for Chatworth House and Haddon Hall. There was a Beefeater next door that served breakfasts and evening meals. When staying there for two nights, we took advantage of a deal for breakfast and evening meal package. The staff were very helpful when we requested to have extra pillows. Comfy bed.

The hotel is okay, ideal if visiting Chatsworth House. The rooms were clean, a little dated though. We booked an evening meal in the connecting pub. The food was good, the service was not.Thank goodness for the waiter James, he was so busy and yet very attentive. The rest of the staff didn't do much really - James had only been there about a week and seem to be the one running the show.He needs a pat on the back from the management for sure.I would stay there again.

What a lovely place. The views from our room (at the rear) were stunning, could stay all day just looking out to the country side. The breakfast was the best I have had in a long, long time. Weldone to the person in the kitchen.Food & drinks: Great selection
