McDonald's

Centrum East Burton, I think it’s is the cleanest McDonalds I have ever been to. The lady who was responsible for the restaurant floor was extremely organised and ensured everywhere was clean and tidy. If I could employ her I would! (04/01/2025).

What can I say, its a McDonald's, food that I actually got was ok but they missed food from my order and when I asked they said they will bring it to me........it never came and I had to leave..... so I was a cheeseburger short of a Full meal. Not impressed.

At this point, McDonald's should rename their 1948 "Speedee Service System" to the "drive through car park system" The world's biggest fast food chain apparently measures time in geological epochs at the drive-thru. My Filet-O-Fish was exactly what fast food fish should be – mysteriously square yet satisfying – but watching the staff operate with all the urgency of sleepwalking sloths made me question if I'd entered some sort of temporal vortex. The employees weren't rude; they just existed in a state of conscious unconsciousness, like NPCs running on low battery. Worth the wait? Sure. Fast food? Let's not get carried away with wild accusations.

Slow service, low priority for in store orders

I've got to admit I'm not a fan of burger outlets. I took my granddaughter & 3 great grandchildren as they are fans. They had big macs & childrens meals but I had a spicy chicken burger meal. I've got to admit it was really tasty! For once I enjoyed the food at McDonald's.

Slow service took 10 minutes plus for food

Food was hot staff were friendly....even the plants had faces lol ?

2nd time iv gotten home and found that my share box of chilli cheese bites are missing from my order but at least they gave me my dips! zero quality control and no care is a trend with this site- update another order, double quarter with bacon meal and I'm given plain single... Stop with your high turnover giving you incompetent staff. Worst chain that iv been to for mcdonalds

Absolutely shocking service from the staff. Poor attitude and very rude. After an issue with food order via the app, food was incorrect and missing an item.

Awful. Every time I come here they get something wrong. The worst ran Macdonald’s I’ve ever been to. Go to a different one.

Felt like a homeless shelter, and in typical McDs style, the burger was all over the place.

Kid-friendliness: Could do with the toy that is advertised not a piece of card

Very little on the menu available waited twenty mins for just a coffee and chicken mayo burger and bigmac meal
