Just been and picked up an order I made through the app. They forgot to add my fries & my McFlurry turned out to be a coffee of sorts. Really disappointed as usually theyâre spot on with my orders. Iâm not feeling well at all so didnât want to go inside and sort it out as I just wanted to get home.
âJewellâ Wes an angel! We came in after a dirty Thursday rather loud and she took my order with patiently! And and such a beautiful smile!! Amazing customer service from this manger!The timing was a little too long at 26 minutes but we did order everything plain and it was hot!Best McDonaldâs in Derbyshire in my opinion always up to standards and never cold and sloppy!
