If you go to the Drive thru, check your food while your at the kiosk. I went there today ordered fillet fish meal, I drove of to Mackworth Car Park which is only 2 min drive. When I opened the fillet fish, it was over cooked and dry as a bone, seems like it was reheated many times. I just threw it away.

Ordered Double Quarter Pounder and never seen such a flat looking burger. Nothing like picture but didn't expect it to. Had burger, cheese, gherkin slice and small amount of a red sauce. Bread was flat and slightly soggy underneath.The chips were inedible. All soggy, bent and twisted. Just a disgrace anyone thought that was acceptable to serve to the public.I don't feel like I could ever stomach another MacDonald's after this experience. ?

Pretty much what you expect from a McDonald's fast food, Its bigger than most because of it location on the A38 it acts more like a motorway services only ever stopped here on journeys as its convenient place to grab drink or snack. The downside here is getting in and out of the carpark and finding entrance to the drive through without prior knowledge can be tricky.

Pancakes and sauce. You'd think you'd get, well, pancakes and sauce. But no, when it comes up on the screen you get pancakes, sausage and sauce. Not so good when you're ordering for a vegetarian. So I asked them to do pancakes with sauce, no sausage, which they said they could but then didn't! Grrr!

On the day McDonald's ordering went down, I was glad to see it working when we arrived. The screen asked if we were eating in, yep, take a table marker... There wasn't any so had to collect, the printer wasn't working and had to go to counter to get a receipt, then when standing for the order to be made our order disappeared from the making side and was 10 mins before it was ready. Not good. The burger and nuggets were good, well cooked but sadly the drinks were only half filled and didn't have ice in. Overall, not impressed and I don't think I'll be back to this one

went through the drive through ordered 2 big macs and a quarter pounder meal. got given the quarter pounder and 2 mc crispys upon asking about the big macs the server said they had no big mac boxes left and so they were in the mc crispy boxes. all in all they were not big macs they were mc crispys.

I was absolutely appalled by the behaviour of a member of staff in this facilityCarol cleaning/floor staffI approached the toilets which she was occupying cleaningI politely asked if my newly toilet trained 2 year old could quickly use the facility she was extremely abrupt and rudeStated WORD FOR WORD “ NO YOU CANT IVE JUST SPRAYED THE FLOOR SHE WILL HAVE TO WAIT 5 MINUTES”Fair enough she is busy and the toilets weren’t useable but at least point me in the direction of the alternative toilet and have some customer services mannersThey cost nothing and go a long way ??On the other hand the other younger girl was absolutely lovely nothing was too much trouble despite being belittled loud enough for the customers to hear by the said member of staffWho obviously doesn’t know how to correctly correspond with people ?
