Please always ask for a receipt. Please always check it. Today was the second time I have been wrongly charged. It makes me angry to have to go back to the cashier, as a queue soon forms behind. I am not accusing anyone but either the tills are programmed wrongly or someone has finger trouble
The staff will fuel your vehicle for you, up until 4pm daily, allowing you to use the coffee machine, browse the store and then just join the queue to pay. The staff are all polite and personable.

I've been a customer for 3 years, every month I spend 250 pounds between fuel and meal I always fill up my car and I like to buy coffee and a sandwich and I always do that inside the car parked at the station, but now is it allowed to stay only 20 minutes? after that I will be fined? Can this period be extended if I pay for the stay for a few more minutes? thanks
