Visited today 4/1/24 around 1.30 service was not good we waited 30 mins for our food and had to ask how long. Staff were running round like ants and all the tables were full of dirty plates.There was hardly any cutlery and no teaspoons. There was food on the floor which was cleaned up after a customer pointed it out to a staff member. So disappointing as it used to be such a lovely cafe, we shall not be visiting again.?

Whilst the quality of the food is good and reasonably priced. There didn't seem to be enough staff on to clear and clean tables. The automated ordering service is just awful and hasn't been thought through. People could walk in select a number and help themselves to a free hot drink just by collecting a mug at the counter! Come on Morrisons! ThinkAlso no provision made for people who want to pay with cash!!

This is the worst cafe for service out of all morrisons cafe's I've visited over the years, you have to wait ages for someone to serve you the staff are either taking food to people or chatting to other staff members. Most of the tables have dirty plates on them and on busy days there isn't anywhere to sit because of this.
