After a positive experience using Subway for the first time at a foreign airport, on returning home I tried the Kingsway outlet. Bearing in mind that there were no other customers in the shop and a sales assistant’s primary role is to communicate with customers; the impatient ginger-haired sales assistant that served me spoke in an incomprehensible manner resembling a chipmunk on speed. Full marks are awarded on this occasion for rudeness, inability to communicate and the destruction of any prospect of follow-on business. In everyone’s best interests; perhaps she should be considering another vocation?

Food was good. Ingredients tasted fresh. The server was very engaging and friendly, and he interacted well with customers and colleagues which added to environment.

I loved to go to this place for my subways. This evening I was there with my family at 7pm( even though the closing time is 8pm). They did not let us eat in and Nat was rude.By the time I was home with my food, It was cold and had to throw all of it. Just wasted money for Sunday dinner with my family.Not looking to go back anymore.I wish I could give -5 stars for the service.

THE GINGER WOMAN IS CONSTANTLY RUDE WITH THE RUDESD DIRTY LOOK EVERHow can you be so rude to your customers and have such a bad attitude when being asked a question. Remember we the customers pay your wages.How can the meatballs be so burnt? You give zero sauce with the meatballs which is ridiculous.The meatballs was so burned that i chipped my tooth

Ordered online and they used steak instead of plant protein in a sandwich. Called to ask for a replacement or refund which was said to be sorted after the manager came back from time off. Several months later and numerous attempts at contacting the store I am still yet to receive a refund
