Visited 04/07/22 Monday Lunchtime - Location is on the outer parts of the Kingsway Retail Park, connected to Costa Coffee and Gregg's. Cleanliness of the place was at a good standard, considering it was not very busy. There were 3 members of attentive staff who greeted us as we entered and allowed us time to revise the menu. Amazing customer service!!There was a problem with my order (my fault not theirs) so I rung the store and Sarah was absolutely AMAZING!! Helped me sort the order out and was so friendly and nice.She is an asset to the team! Thank you Sarah!

Been to this subway today with my mum and the lady who survived us did an amazing job very kind helpful and very friendly very good experience in subway and the food was amazing thank you so very much for your wonderful service
