Placed an order via Uber Eats. Got a call to say they didn't have Vegan steak so we said we wanted to cancel the order. Got told they didn't know how to do that so they sent a cheese salad version and said we would have to claim though Uber Eats. Hardly any cheese even though we paid to double up and Uber Eats won't issue a full refund for it. Absolutely disgraceful service and yet again showing that any dietary request is ignored! If you are Vegan avoid this place!

11-11-2023 Swift service even though the sandwich artist serving me was newly trained and a bit unsure he was very customer focused. It was strangely peaceful watching the traffic go by.

Hot food was cold. Order was two cookies short. Nobody rang to see if I wanted a replacement or a refund. Phone was ringing off the hook. Manager was in to discuss the service with. Ended up having to speak to deluveroo who settled the matter.

This is one of the best Subways I have ever been to the staff are extremely professional and friendly. The food is always the highest quality and matches your order every time I would definitely recomed this subway location.Vegetarian options: There are lots of vegetarian/vegan options but make sure to check ingredients lists as sometimes vegan appearing items (not labelled as vegan though) may contain ingredients like Casein or HoneyKid-friendliness: Nothing for kids in particular but then again nothing bad either. Based on the stores small size getting a takeaway option may be the best choice.Parking: The nearest parking would be the parade in the village which can be quite busy at time'sWheelchair accessibility: The door to the store appears to be a bit small but shouldn't be a problemDietary restrictions: There are a lot of options including gluten free bread (extra 50p) vegan cheese

Staff are lovely, but owner provides them with her own (non-subway) miniature sized scoop to reduce the tuna you get in your roll.

Very stressful service. The person serving was very mean took a chunk of my daughter sandwich off and threw in the bin, rather than offer us an option of paying extra for the sandwich. The service in kingsway Subway is much quicker, , better and friendly.

Ordered from them and they missed fillings in our sandwiches not on one sandwich but two , rang up to tell them and they said to take it up with just eat when the delivery wasn’t the problem and then said there was nothing they could do which wasn’t very helpful won’t be ordering from their again rude customer service!
