First visit, had the ‘Full Garden’ breakfast and it was very tasty. The cafe is dog friendly too.

Very busy today and very noisy. Lots of ladies having a talk in. Reasonable food and good service.

We do go to Ferndale around every six weeks or so I guess usually to the coffe shop but do purchase from the garden centre itself, when we called at lunchtime today (5th December) it was extremely busy and had to join a long queue in order to get served , although it was verybusy I was pleasantly surprised as we didn't have to wait long at all , everything perfect and delivered by friendly and courteous staff , we also have a small dog who we take with us and it's always a pleasureable experience.

Coffee was OK. Trying to slice scone and it fell apart into a mass of crumbs. Iced Bakewell tart was nothing like a Bakewell. There was no hint of almond, not even synthetic essence and it was terribly dry. Most cakes ar expensive compared with similar cafes

The garden centre is one of the best in the area, coffee shop is very nice with good food. My boyfriend and I use to go there quite often to enjoy a nice coffee and do some work on our laptops. We normally consume at least 2 coffees and cakes. Today, after enjoying our breakfast, we stopped a little bit longer, probably a couple of hours, to finish some work. At that point we were kindly asked to leave as we were occupying a 4 seats table without consuming anything else. I would have totally understood, if the place would have been busy and running out of space. However, there were plenty of big tables free and nobody was struggling to find a seat.Seems like that loyal costumers are not worth here. Definitely not using the coffe shop again.

Really nice little garden centre. We love coming in for a browse. It's really nice, especially at Christmas.

We had cheese & pickle/red onion sandwiches & a pot of tea for two. Dinners were on offer that looked delicious & mouth watering. However dinner for us was to be in the evening at home. Other customers sampling the fare looked satisfied & enjoying ample portions. Clean throughout & good service from cheerful staff. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Nice place. Very busy at weekends in my experience. But it's a great place for plants, garden furniture, that unusual gift, great food, and much more.

Only go for coffee Fridays usually. Occasionally buy plants and gardening accessories. Helpful friendly staff in the cafe and gardening area. A good mix of plants.
