It was absolutely filthy! The chairs, the tables and the floor. Only had a coffee but was put off by the lack of cleanliness. Truly the dirtiest Costa I've ever been to!

Some seating outside.Greater selection of cakes to go with freshly brewed coffee, or iced coffee (frappé or flavoured).Kid-friendliness: A large table where mums and toddlers can relax.Parking: Car parks within a couple of minutes walk.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access.

Really kind and friendly staff, professional, good at their job. Went to a lot of trouble to make sure what I was ordering was vegan-friendly, even consulted a nutritional guide thing. Drink was gorgeous too.Vegetarian options: Great vegan options available.
Sole staff member on the floor completely ignored me while I stood at the counter for over a minute.Eventually, another came out of the back and gave excellent friendly service.Young guy needs a lot of training. Never ignore customer.

Me my partner and our daughter visited costa in glossop today, staff got our order wrong, when asked why an item was missing from the order the member of staff was rude and blamed us for not ordering it! Strange how the item we didn't order was listed on the receipt? Judging from other reviews I've read costa need a staff change at this costa
