Four of us visited on the 9th October a quiet Sunday evening, we were one of two tables dining in but quite a few takeaways were collected. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming, the food all 4 dishes very tasty and well cooked and a large portion, a lucky find for us as we were justing staying g one night in Glossop.

1st time order. Ordered onion bhaji, got some sweaty onion wrap, 2 kebabs ,one had mould on wrap, and lamb masala which was nice. So, didn't get what I ordered and got out of date food. Won't be ordering again

Excellent food and service both to eat in and takeaway. Always order from here, they forgot our mango chutney tonight but we rang the restaurant and they came and delivered it straight away. I felt awful ringing them but wouldn't have been able to eat my food without it. Great service.

We've had a fair few takeaways from Balti Palace over the years but never eaten in. This place can go under the radar in comparisson to other similar restaurants in the area but sometimes bigger isnt better and this is proof of that. We decided to go for a meal over Christmas and so glad we did. There were four of us and we all had different dishes. Every dish was incredible. Food was aplenty and all cooked from fresh - the taste was unreal and the meat dishes were melt in the mouth. It's only a small place but the service was fantastic and there's a reason this place has been around for so long. Fully recommended and cannot wait to return.
