Service v slow inspite of pre ordering. People who had ordered salmon had finished before those choosing beef had been served. Staff very abrupt and one in particular v miserable. Meal poor. Too much food on plates that were too small. Beef v dry and chewy. No comparison with quantities. Sticky toffee pudding huge. Pannecotta minute. Come on Windy Harbour you can do better than this.Noteworthy details: Lee very helpful and friendly as always

Lee and his staff were all super welcoming and friendly. Whilst I would agree that rooms are small, we had everything we needed and the room was cosy with fabulous views. We walked from the door of Windy Farm into Padley, a village with a long history. All in all a great stay and Lee was a great host.

Lovely place where it's like a home for home feel. Lee is a great guy and his staff is an accredit too. Super organised in a very chilled way making a wedding day seamless without any added stress. Highly recommend and would love to revisit again in future. Food was good too

I went to an afternoon function. The place is a bit out of the way for me. Middle of nowhere. Great for ramblers, or cyclists i suppose. I didnt stay in a room so no idea what they are like. The place itself is really nice and the staff are lovely. A nice place for the nearest community to drive out to for sunday lunch.Food & drinks: Im a good cook and quite picky when it comes to how my food is made. The chef made a good effort with the amount of people he had to cook for.

We enjoyed our short overnight stay at Windy Harbour. The views from the room are outstanding. The room itself was small but clean and bright with everything you needed. I especially liked the towel hanger on the shower screen-there are never any places to hang wet towels and this was an easy but thoughtful extra. Our shower wasn't very powerful but it was only for a night so it wasn't a huge issue. We were given a voucher for our stay which entitled us to a continental breakfast. It was a little bit limited but there was an option to have a cooked breakfast.
