Overall pretty good, not really had any problems to be honest. Don't order from domino's a lot but when I do the food & service is good.There was only 1 occasion when the pizza was a complete mess, but that was a long time ago. The price at times is abit too much in my opinion. To get the best deals I recommend you get the App. Due to price & the incident in the past, that's why I give 4 stars.

Ordered Sunday through just eat just 22.98 ! Took thee phone calls to get food and when arrived stone cold and inedible! Phoned and got hold of manager after several calls and promised half refund ! Still waiting ! Avoid avoid avoid total liars and unprofessional! Give them a wide berth

Ordered a pizza at 5.40 PM 23/10/22. rang to see where it was at 6.30, was told 2 mins away, rang again at 7pm, we were told 'I do not have it'. Not sure what that meant as I never expected them to have it, I expected me to have it. then said it had been delivered, which it had not so I said the delivery person must have delivered to the wrong address, the response was 'we don't have it' again, what does that mean? bit like an indian call centre flogging compo on a car crash but this bloke was well dumber. Chap on the phone was either high or brain dead, probably a mixture of both. Franchise fast food in Ilkeston are all terrible, probably all owned by the same person. Avoid this junk

Ordered online. Went to collect. Got told it would be 2 mins. Waited 10 mins. To then get told they haven’t got an order for me but they’ve took the money.Waiting for money to be returned.

Sort your pricing out, FFS £20 for a pizza, dough, sauce, cheese and a few topping, the sad part is you can make 6 yourself for a fiver, and the worst part is they charge less in the states for larger pizzas, they're taking us Brits for chumps.

The second time they put chicken on the pizza, istead of bacon. Unfortunately I don’t wat chicken, so I’ll order from PizzaHut going forward.Good bye Domino’s and good luck finding staff who can tell the difference between a pizza and a cucumber.

Shout out to Steven the manager who gave me the worst customer service I’ve ever had! They sent me the new pesto pizza with no pesto. Offered to refund me just half the pizza. But I had to send it all back. Once I’d sent it all back I was told I couldn’t have any confirmation of my refund. He was VERY rude, extremely patronising and the staff were laughing in the background whilst he was on the phone. Don’t use this store. You don’t want to deal with Steven.
