Just had two sunday dinners turkey and a beef . Had been a couple of times during the week and were really impressed so we thought we'd try rhe sunday dinners . It was extremely busy so we were glad that we had booked. The staff were very pleasant and our meals were brought out very quickly. Beautifully presented and the food was really amazing for the price . My only bug bear was it could have been a tad hotter but was warm enough not to disappoint and it was very busy. Dont know how the staff manage with smiles on.their faces run off their feet. In fact the standard was so good that we would def consider booking for Christmas day as other places we have been to before have been awful. The cat and fiddle would put them to shame .

Booked here the evening before mother's day so didn't think they would fit us in but they did. The pub is situated in a very small village so it was good they had their own carpark with room to park. It's not a massive carpark so I could imagine it would be difficult to park on a busy day. On entering the pub you need to input your registration number due to parking restrictions on the carpark. There was a very loud, rowdy crowd in the bar area due to sport on the TV but we were seated in the other dinning room out of the way but you could still hear them. The food and the service were brilliant and the wine was excellent. Just felt like they could have set a bit more of an atmosphere by lighting the table lights and turning down the bright overhead lights. Overall it was a good night out even though we didn't stay that long. I would recommend this place for a nice meal just don't go if you want it to be a quite meal ! Especially if there are any sporting events on TV.

Wonderful takeaway tried manlee for the first time on Halloween after trick or treating and although we don't eat much takeaway we've been back several times the owner is so friendly and tue food is perfect for us even my young daughter clears her plate I highly recommend trying manlee I even drive 15-20 minutes each way to get it because its the best Chinese takeaway we've had in a very long time and the best thing is supporting a small business because they deserve itDietary restrictions: Several signs are clearly located around the front of the store advising on allergies and dietary requirements they are happy to work you you and your needs

I had delivered two adult picnic boxes, which where each filled with delicious sandwiches, salad, pork pies, sausage rolls, cakes, and much more. I also ordered a lovely little kids sandwich box too. Overall They where fantastic, lovely friendly staff too! The food was very tasty too! This made a really nice treat for me and my babies, I would most definetly recommend.

Think this might be my favourite take away.We order from here quite a lot. The salad is always really fresh and the lettuce is always crispy, not soggy.They forgot our milkshakes once and we had already paid. It was nearly closed so really didn't think they would bring them but they did. Can't complain at the service at all, they are lovely. It sometimes takes a while but never really over an hour and it's well worth it in my opinion. Love it ? just wish they did halloumi

Greatly improved from a few years ago!This chippy is great. The chicken kebabs are fantastic, as are the wraps.The chip portion sizes are incredibly generous. A regular portion is more than enough for 2 and we always have loads left over. Enough to feed another person!The fish portions are great too, and absolutely delicious.The kebab quality was a bit iffy a few years ago. They've really upped their game recently and their kebabs are truly gorgeous now!Unfortunately this has led them to greatly reducing the size of their kebabs. Particularly the Briggs special kebab. This is really small now compared to how it was.I wish they'd offer their chicken curry without having to have it with a portion of rice. I don't go to a chippy for rice. Hopefully the owners will see this and start offering it with chips or on its own. I'm sure it would do really well.Their fried chicken isn't great, so we go to specialist chicken takeaways for that instead.If you're after a great traditional chippy tea of fish and chips Briggs is now the best in town.

We chose Sue's Kitchen after a couple of recommendations. Great food, quick to deliver. Wouldn't normally have a delivery but due to covid it seems like the only option. We ordered a variety of things and was impressed with everything we ate. The spicy dishes were actually spicy rather than some places that are hardly spicy. Although we'd always wish for it to be spicier. We will be back for sure!

Lovely venue with a windmill onsite. Large, bright space inside & plenty of tables outside where dogs are welcome. The menu is limited, but they do what they do well, with fresh ingredients & portion sizes are generous. Staff members were helpful & pleasant. Cost was average with items below £10. My only criticism is the cost of soft drinks, which was £3.30 for a small bottle, but I find this is getting more normal & annoys me as someone who doesn't like hot drinks. I can get a 24 pack of cans for less than £10, so this cost feels excessive. However, it's the same everywhere. I would still recommend a visit if in the area & will go again.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a special, wide doorway into the main seating area from a level outside space. There is also plenty of external seating.
