This place is vile, ordered twice and got told only after we paid that our items were unavailable, refunded wrong amount of money, food was cold got half a bag of chips, staff were using foul language and standing round chatting, will not be back in the future, you’ll probably die if you come here

Avoid this place, I should have read others reviews. Heating on full, only one fryer working, useless staff. Half family meal out and then told 15 min wait for the rest of the order. Absolute joke

Twice now I've order takeaway from KFC Ilkeston and not had fries with my order. The first time I went through Just Eat app to sort it, but the second time I called the branch. After 6 attempts to get through and they guy just tried to blame the delivery guy who dropped the food off. Then he said you'll have to go through the just eat app for compensation. To blame the delivery driver for their mistakes was a step too far, as the bag had 3 security stickers on it and all intact with no signs of tampering. From now on I'm not ordering anything more from KFC if they cant even except any accountability.

This is the 4th time I have ordered the meal for 1 with 4 pieces of chicken.I am not one to complain but I get 4 chicken legs every time, now I know it states 4 pieces of chicken but really !!!!Also I choose an orange Fanta and got 7up !!

No card machine working dirt y and unclean staff told us to sit down and bring the food over. Gif the order wrong twice and shouts us to collect food from desk as not able to come over to the table

Standard KFC fayre. Ordered at the counter, but no card machine…. Had to order again on the self-order terminal! Cleaner than previous visit out front, but the toilet stank of pee and no lock on the toilet door…. Probably cleaner not to touch anything out back!

I have been using this KFC since it first opened.Sadly, I've never managed to get everything I wanted.They have constantly been plagued with breakdowns of one sort or another.It has never operated at 100%.The staff are mostly great, only a couple let the side down. This obviously reflects on the service levels, depending on whose on at the time.The food has almost always been spot on, hence the four stars.It's not always as clean and tidy as you would expect it to be, one can only hope this doesn't apply to the kitchens. From the little I've seen through the window the kitchen area appears to be OK.Otherwise I wouldn't come back here despite the fact that it is our local KFC.Overall if there was another KFC close enough and in better operating condition than this one I would use it.The extra distance would be worth it to get what you want when you want it.Don't get me wrong it's not all bad here, and it would be better if the franchisee invested in the business.It is very clear from the lack of operational capacity and staff/customer comments that they don't want to invest.Kid-friendliness: Children are allowed to dine here. They have child friendly seating, a changing room and kid level toilets.Parking: BEWARE. Parking here for more than 60 minutes will earn you a £100 fine.ANPR cameras clock you as you enter the area and as you leave.All monitored by parking eye.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat access to the building and its facilities, level ground outside.

2nd time Iver ordered through uber and they've completely ignored what I've ordered. Instead of reading the sides they thrown a large gravy in the order bag and by the time it made it here everything was soaked the bag was open underneath from the mess the driver was covered in gravy, it leaked all the way yhrough the hall. then uber doesn't issue a refund again. Absolutely shocking. I've eat in store before and waited over 40 minutes for food and was still missing items, last time I ordered they sent a completely different meal and 2 of the 4 sides were wrong. There's a reason it's known as the worst kfc around!

I cannot remember the last time I ordered from here and they actually included everything in the bag. Absolutely terrible I swear they’ve been told to sneakily save money by missing something out of every bag. I usually check my bag before leaving but I only got 1 rice box today and thought can they go wrong? Turns out they left out the bean salsa, one of the main ingredients. I will stop ordering from here because it’s rubbish.

DO NOT USE THIS KFC! They got my order wrong, cold food, gave me the runs. I ordered and they got it wrong then demanded I came to fetch it or I wouldn’t get it. Rude. Abysmal. Use the maccies next door
