Incompetent staff, don’t know WHY I keep giving this location another chance when EVERY single time it’s a failure. DO NOT ORDER FROM UBER EATS!!! Had 5 drivers try and collect my food and still wasn’t ready, they phoned me and said “cancel and re order” which was a £20 charge. I cancelled and guess what.. THEY CLOSED AND DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY MORE ORDERS. £50 lost, hungry and angry.

No click and collect spots at busy times. And it's difficult to negotiate drive thru as I'm deaf. Sleeping child in car so c&c is our preferred option.Dietary restrictions: No choice of alternative side, only salad which was a good salad, but I prefer fruit.

Ordered on Deliveroo and halve my order was missing when I tried to ring to sort it out but could not get through and partner had to go hungry very unhappy.

Never in my life have I ever dealt with such uneducated spastics ever, tried to say there not making my order after I paid and waited an hour for it, tried to have a reasonable chat with the manager but seeing as he’d rather sit there stroking his long greasy hair and more than likely texting minors (he looks the sort), we couldn’t solve the issue. Finally I got my money back, if aliens ever come to this planet sacrifice these spastics first.

Used McDelivery app to order some food, it took 1hr 15mins to arrive and was absolutely stone cold. Whilst waiting the app showed 3 different drivers arrive to collect the food, but the app said it was still being prepared. There is no way to get a refund and the store doesn't answer its phone.

We have ordered food from Ilkeston McDonald's a couple of times. And will not be going back. The food we ordered today was all cold. The chips were not cooked properly and the burgers looked like they had just been slopped together and they were soggy.There is no care or pride in their food and they don't care about their customers. Also the drinks came half empty because they had been knocked over in the bag and left like that. This is not acceptable. I will not be returning.

Poor service, after buying 4 meals & dropping £30, I asked for some ketchup for for the fries & was told it would be an extra 80p for 8 sachets. Since when have Mcdonalds charged for a small sachet of ketchup? Was told "that's what it is".....the fries were cold and and overall a poor experience...I won't be going near this Mcdonalds ever again.

More and more McDonald's are being designed for the mcdelivery and this is no exception. Seating area is so much smaller than it used to be so they could segment the mcdelivery area for the drivers. Car park is absolutely crazy, no where to park. Food came cold and some items wrong. Table hadn't been cleaned that we managed to get. So dissapointed. I wouldn't ever touch another maccies if it wasn't for the kids.
Went to drive through,ordered 2 large big mac meals and 2 plain hamburgers,got home and there's only one big mac in the bag. How do you manage to mess an order up of 4 items!!!

We’ve ordered two separate meals and both of them were absolutely cold, only cheese bits were fine. In my takeaway bag were no tissues or something like that. My parents food was cold and the most funny thing, that we’ve " upgraded " our food by adding extra cheese, when we haven’t got

Place is usually hit and miss for getting order correct. Just ordered via the app and paid £3.99 delivery for a philly cheese stack meal and cheeseburger. No philly cheeseburger supplied, fries and double cheeseburger both were luke warm, only reason service gets 2 stars is because they were able to refund promptly for the missing items - not replace meaning I had to pay full price delivery for a part order.
