Called in to use the cafe; absolutely freezing and to make matters worse, food was luke warm. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere

Quede a long time to pay possibly like all supermarkets should rethink the policy of removing so many checkouts.

Lovely supermarket has all the amenities you need & a good store layout..the cafe does some amazing food at great prices too..plenty of parking available even on busy days..lovely staff always friendly service provided & let’s not forget the Petrol/Diesel filling station as you leave I’ve never had any issues with service or fuel.

This first week I have had points in weeks. The problem is that you have savings on items people don't buy so much of. Put more savings on FOOD items, eggs ?, milk, cheese and fruits. I haven't had any fivers for weeks, and still want over two thousand for a fiver, disgraceful! When I spend hundreds over the weeks. Sorry, this card system is a waste of my time, you have made hundreds of pounds out of me and can't see anything for it.

Always missing price labels so deals are missed! Was also unlucky enough to ask the wrong member of staff where an item was. A lady called Jo. (A Supervisor or Manager I think?) Her attitude was awful and then I witnessed her being horrible to another member of staff on the shop floor. Bad day?!Much friendlier at the Tesco down the road. Sorry. They also put price labels on their items!

(Cafe) absolutely disgusting dried up food all over the cutlery, high chairs, splattered up the blinds. There needs to be serious questions asked about the hygiene in this establishment. I certainly will not be eating here again an absolute disgrace!!

I find Morrisons now are a little more expensive than other supermarkets, I used to come here alot never have been keen on the meat section layout though. The bakery section is great though plenty to choose from. One thing that infuriates me here is the products can sometimes be in the wrong place and the price underneath is for another product, been caught out a few times.

Morrisons Employee and Company have NO sense of Civic ResponsibilityIt’s now over 72 hours since I watched a Morrisons grocery delivery van reverse into a streetlight outside my house. It was going so fast that it left the streetlight column at over 30° from the vertical. The driver was aware of what he had done, but sped out of the street with complete disregard for the potentially dangerous condition he was leaving behind and without even getting out of the van to inspect the damage he had caused.I reported the incident to Nottinghamshire County Council, the Police and Morrisons. The County Council were superb and had made the streetlight safe within 24 hours; the police have treated it as seriously as I suspect they treat most road traffic incidents where there are no injuries and generated an incident number, but it is not clear that they have the resources to take it further.Morrisons have been appalling! They have done nothing in the hours since the incident other then send an automated response. They obviously have no sense of civic responsibility and prefer that the cost of the damage their employee has caused be covered by Council Tax Payers. I wonder if it is company policy that their drivers quickly absent themselves from the scene of any accident in which they are involved so as not to involve the company in any expense or adverse publicity? If any of you are Morrisons Online customers, I urge you to consider an alternative supplier in order to keep our communities safer and our Council Tax bills down.

Absolutely awful. Damaged stock put on the shelves for full price. The frozen food had crushed, wet soggy packaging.Damaged boxes of beer which were going mouldy and leaking.Other items on the shelves that were crushed.Who puts them on the shelves in this condition in the 1st place. And more to the point who is dropping the stock to be in this condition and expected to sell at full price.

Our favourite supermarket with a selection of small shops inside that prepare top quality food.

The choice is exceptional compared to other supermarkets in the area. The shelves were actually stocked which makes a change nowadays, decent prices and the staff very friendly.HOWEVER, after first leaving a glowing review following our first visit to this supermarket I now have to do an edit! The photograph shows the milk carton dated 7th September and this morning it glugged out, mimicking the beginnings of cottage cheese with FOUR days to go! Not impressed.

Morrisons goes up and down on taste in my opinion, sometimes we get really nice food fresh and other times it's just doesn't taste the same. I think alot of products have had the recipe changed. Some of the prices have been too high compared to other rivals they need to keep price matching on more stock.
