Ordered food at 6.40 ,it`s now7.50 and still no sign of pizza .When i rang to enquire I was told they were down a delivery driver ,in which case they should change to collection only ,at least we would have the opportunity to use elsewhere ,not good enough ,poor service !!

The communication was good but even after I received the email saying it was ready I had to wait a bit for my food to be ready but the service in the store and food was great.

No delivery. Staff aren't answering the phones. Nearly 2 hours after ordering. Online tracking doesn't work.Save your time and money and just go straight to dominoes.

Ordered the lunch deal, I messed up on the app order, so called and spoke to Wayne, this chap was exceptional he couldn’t do enough for me, he answered the phone even though the shop wasn’t due to open for another 10 mins, fantastic service , rectified my issue and was polite and professional

Delivery late. Food cold, items missing off the order. Manager said he couldn't do anything about it and I would have to email head office??? Didn't offer to sort issue out or refund. We spent over £60 too!! Stay away!!

Took about hour and a half and the food was the worse we've had in our lives!! Made us feel ill after! Absolutely disgusting! Save your money and order somewhere eles!!! Tasted nothing like a pizza hut pizza.. what are you playing at??? Sort it out
