Ordered so many times and has always been lovely. our near £50 order arrived and the pizza toppings were border line cremated. called to inform the restaurant and the ‘manager’ said that it was supposed to be like that and refused to serve us again. poor customer service from this man. absolutely disappointing to what was a good place to eat.

There putting prices up as prices are dropping I normally have the family special kebab it was 32.99 it's now gone up 2 £39.99 a rise of £6 even thought the price of food is coming down well until the price goes back down ill be going 2 the hand made burger company just up the road prices are the same as 8months ago I no prices was going up but not that much and now there coming down there putting prices up sorry u aren't taking my hard cash till u change ur mind on prices

The most horrendous place I have ever dealt with,firstly delivered to wrong address,so 45 minutes later delivered & food cold,called to complain & hung up on,was told I would get replacement sent, never happened,I tried to supply a local business rather than the domino line,horrendous,very poor ,this sort of behaviour shouldn’t be allowed,£20 for food we couldn’t eat,learn manners & customer respect,hope you continue to prosper,amazed if you do,customers come first,avoid,ps asked for my money back,will keep all informed,disgusting,& I never winge,this business is something else,avoid.

Pizza undercooked. Called back and sent a replacement straight away. Great service! Second pizza same again. Must be how they cook them, but a pizza in my opinion shouldn’t be like a soft sandwich (only way I can describe it). Guy then calls me from Star telling me there is nothing (F) wrong with the pizza I had sent back and to never order again. Wow, great customer service. Customers are always right and I was happy to put the 2nd in the bin and leave it at that. This review follows from your foul language member of staff that decided to make the call… should pay attention to Google reviews more often!

The place is a shambles.Food is hot and miss. Order online and get more food than when you go in and order over the counter.Plus I believe that there is a world shortage of garlic mayo.

Ordered with uber eats expecting the same meal deal that star offer. But after our delivery we was told that it is not the case! Normally chips would be within the order. This is not made clear when ordering. Paid the same price just to receive doner meat. £8.00 for this meal we received. When looking on star menu, it states that you get chips within this price. Tried to contact star and got told this was down to the manager!We've looked into it and it states, donner meat and chips are offered at £7.50 through star. I'm already paying nearly £6.00 a month for delivery through uber eats. I can't understand why we've been charged £8.00 for donner meat only, when on the menu, it states £7.50 for both donner meat and chips!

Just been here for the first time in many years. Had 2 doner kebab's with salad and 2 sauces. Must say I have never had anything that's not been good. We travelled from Long Eaton, well worth it. Hot kebab meat and plenty of salad. Well done you. We will definitely be back again. Keep up the good work.
