Awful, the food was stone cold and the bread was not made today, it was as hard as Dwayne Johnson’s forehead. Should of gone the the subway on Rutland street

Staff need some retraining. I left ordering nothing. I entered the shop with absolutely nobody waiting, the staff member turned to me and rudely said I would have to stand and wait 25 minutes while she did all her online orders. No apologies just spoken to like rubbish. I wouldn’t have minded waiting, but not when I’ve been spoken to like that and no apology! I understand she was under pressure, but if you can’t handle that pressure then customer service is not the job. Won’t be returning ever!

Me and my friend ordered two subways and some sides. We were hung over so this food was VERY important. When we had the food delivered both of our subways had NOT been toasted as we requested and they forgot sauce on my friends sub. My nachos were cold and there was barely and cheese. There was also a hair in my friends subway and it definatley was NOT hers. It was vile. When we called up and asked if we could have fresh ones, we were basically told there was nothing that could be done, even though we offered the subways back, most places do this type of thing in which if you can prove you’ve not eaten it , you get a fresh one. The staff member was unhelpful and sounded like a zombie. Will not be going here again and if you have a hangover from drinking and need scran DONT come here

This is from subway ilkeston large wedges £3.49 this is discussing. Rung to complain and got told that this is 2 scoops that's what a large is. Really ? my friend went to another subway and got 4 times bigger than this for a large. Hate to think what a small world look like as this is a large. Food was also cold

Not the busiest of Subways I've visited (even though in the centre of town).It's been a while since I visited any subway, and I have to say I wasn't overly impressed.They seem to be scrimping more and more on fillings.....even though salad costs so little.They're not what they used to be, and are no long good value in my opinion.
