Great Hidden Gem, this branch is very hard to find, located half way through a MacDonalds Drive-thru, the door is obscured by the MacDonalds sign, do not be deterred. This Subway was one of the best I had been too. It looked sooo clean and tidy, the staff where there in a flash ready to serve and the food was assembled very well.Parking: Parking was not great but there was some spaces.

Disabled toilet locked and staff refused to open it for a disabled person!!!! Absolutely disgusting! I had to run to McDonald’s

Quick and friendly service but they have always treated salad like it's the most valuable thing known to mankind. Cucumber and tomatoes are not that expensive. Please put more on.

Ordered through Uber eats and the delivery was under 15 minutes, when the food arrived it was stone cold but we had ordered toasted sandwiches. When I rang the store I was spoken to by a very rude woman who insisted that I was wrong and that it was only cold because the delivery had taken a while ?

I ordered a subway 6” Pattie from Subway Rutland Street ilkeston only to receive it in a really bad state, no top on the bread and just squashed together ….unfit to eat and quite frankly gobsmacked that they would even send it out in this state I phoned the shop to be told it was made by one of their sandwich artists …I had to stop myself from laughing!!! I love a good Subqay but Jess made mine extra special with her excellent and yet professional customer service. For was tasty and ingredients looked fresh

The food was admittedly quite good but the service was very slow despite a team of 4 or 5 people and I being only 1 of 2 customers. I wouldn't reccomend this particular subway if you are in a hurry.
