I've been coming to this establishment for over 12 years, always been made welcome, any issues (if any) I've had with my order I've been able to phone and rectify (very few). However tonight has been the only time I have had the phone hung up on me 3 times all because I was classed as a walk in order and should have checked there and then. Not impressed in the slightest and telephone manner is disgusting!!!!! Met met please sort your staff out and give them the correct training!!!!!!

The food they got correct was delicious but order was messed up when rang up she said she'd bring a refund for the messed up items, when the man arrived he told me I should check the system even though I rang up.the man also asked for the wrong food back in order to get a refund, the whole situation was a joke and they were very rude about this .

Ordered a pizza on BOGOF night and asked for the same toppings on the free 1 but was only sent 1 pizza. Wouldn't send the 2nd due to system

Went with my family for an easy quick takeaway after my GRANDMOTHER had passed away ?. Ordered a basic and easy chicken burger which should be quick and easy to make. However, we stood for 25 MINUTES waiting for our takeaway to be ready. While it was being prepared, we could hear a member of staff coughing and hacking in the back. DISGUSTING! Will not be going back there.

Just went in and ordered 2 pieces of chicken stripe and the women behind wanted to charge me £15.00 and then changed to £10.00 and I had another person behind me and said this is wrong I'd rather go hungry this is ridiculous you are loosing customers because of this as paid less other times

Bland, chewy, cold in the middle and old tasting food. Definitelly microwaved.Ordered chips, burger, ribs and chicken. All of then bad. How can food be this bad I don't know. 22£ for all that and barely ate any....stop calling yourself USA food, you're giving them a bad name.....

Ordered a donner and chicken shish kebab. Order arrived earlier than expected, all fresh and hot. Salad was in a separate box. Too much for us so the woofer enjoyed it too!
