Love this shop. Go every week but recently noticed a lot of empty shelves. I had to wander round shop for someone refill milk.

Shopping at langley mill asda is not a pleasant experience. Half empty shelves and a lot of them empty and I'm not the only one complaining. I see there are lots of other reviews saying the same thing 2 or 3 months back. With replys from Adsa to say they are trying to make it better. Well nothings changed. The frozen peas hhve been moved today and the freezers have not been cleaned before putting something else there. Poor food hygiene. Just not good enough. I have worked in the food industry all my life and I know what standards are exceptable. I'm sure food standards agency would not be impressed

Shelves half empty, not one till open at 6 pm, we had £135 worth of shopping was told to go through self serve checkout, we was ready to walk out & leave our shopping, then a nice member of staff helped us, very poor experience.

This shop is so disorganised! Lots of shelves empty or half empty. Nothing where it should be. One till open until a man in the queue said something and they opened another! Will not be going there again I’m afraid.

Always a pleasure to shop at Asda Langley Mill. Judy always excelled at customer service. Great experience with Steven who helped me with the shopping bags, best professional smile and attitude!

This is truly the worst supermarket I have ever shopped in. Just been in and the place was very busy. A least 25% of the shelves are empty. No tills open despite at least 5 people having to queue for the self service trolly checkout. Five members of staff just standing around doing nothing except telling customers that its now every supermarkets policy to not open checkouts. This is clearly not true as I have gone through manned checkouts in the last few days in Sainsburys, lidl and Tescos.Absolutely appalling lack of customer service and I willbe taking by business elsewhere in future. The manager of Asda Langley mill should be ashamed.

Appalling service, was forced to scan my trolley shop through the self checkouts whilst colleagues were talking each other. Will not be shopping at this store again.

Empty shelves, poor replenishment, stock in aisles, no till service. Used to be a real pleasure to shop here but our experience today was very disappointing.

Awful supermarket, staff are rude and when we presented our blue light NHS card we got scoffed at by the cashier who refused to accept it, we left checked the terms in the car went back in to customer services and couldnt give a hoot they were very rude, ASDA you lost a customer today, only ever sell junk food to degenerates anyway so no big loss, UKs wallmart lives up to its rep.....I hope Lidl and Aldi put you out of jobs go ask them for customer service training as their making you look stupid on all fronts it really is embarrassing...........

Cafe not busy waiting 35 minutes for 2 meals staff disinterested and said they were waiting for the chips to cook! So dishonest as well. Won't be going back any time soon

The guy on the pizza counter on Friday afternoon 27th October at about 3pm(didn't get his name) is so lovely, chatty and helpful, what an asset to the store ?

Went in today. 2 people before me in the queue. Stood there for 15 minutes no-one came from behind the screen to serve. After 10 mins an assistant came out collected something from 7nder counter. No acknowledgement, eye contact.or apology for wait. Poor customer service. Really needs sorting. At least 2 people behind me gave up waiting. Pharmacy only. Rest fine.

Used to be good in Asda. Deals are now pretty much none existent. Some of the Staff keep you waiting at self serve for age related things.
