Asda Pharmacy. What a shambles. It’s usually chaos, queuing for 20 mins is nothing new. Never an assistant permanently on the counter so if you just want an over the counter item you’re stuffed but tonight was extra specially bad. Put a repeat prescription in seven days ago. Came to collect today to be told, after 10 mins that it hadn’t been done? I could either wait 20 mins or come back tomorrow. I shop at asda regularly but recently I had a horrid experience I went to the trolley self scan and for some reason unbeknown to me I got a blue voucher discount, the assistant asked if I had the voucher and I said no . The only thing that I can think it was, us the reward scheme. The assistant voided it and unbeknown to me went for security. Superb customer service by Justine. Couldn't find a product, creme caramels. Justine went out of her way, tracking down one of her colleagues, to find us some from the stores at the back. She did this with a big beaming smile and a spring in her step. Fantastic.
